**Fort Trek: Parvatgad/Songad via Sonewadi**1. **Start:** Jilha Parishad School, Sonewadi (roadside). 2. Follow the cement road for 5 min, then hit a raw road. 3. Cross the road to reach the hill base (few houses/steps). 4. Climb steps for 5 min to reach the top of the initial hill/large plateau. 5. **Lookout:** Parvatgad is on the right, Songad is on the left. 6. Follow the route through the pass between the two forts (15 min walk to the pass). 7. **Junction:** At the pass, take the road left for Songad or right for Parvatgad. 8. **Parvatgad Route (Right):** * Ascend for 15 min to a small plateau. * Ascend 5 min through Babhali to reach a steep rock patch. * Climb rock patch for 10 min to the fort top. 9. **Fort Top Highlights:** Huge cactus trees. Walk 10 min through cactus to the water lake. Three water tanks are to the left of the lake (one partially buried). 10. **Views:** See Aad, Dubera, Songad forts, and Bhatghar Dam. 11. **Climbing Time:** Approx. 45 min from the pass to the top.
