Refund & Cancellation Policy

GetSetXplore operates solely as a technology platform connecting Xplorers with Organizers. We do not hold ticket funds directly.

1. No Platform Fees

GetSetXplore does not charge platform fees to Xplorers. The entire amount goes to the Event Cost settled directly to the Organizer.

2. Event Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed entirely by the specific policy of the Organizer you booked with.

  • Viewing Policy: Check the "Cancellation Policy" section on every event listing before booking.
  • Process: Refunds are initiated by the Organizer and typically take 5-7 business days.

3. Disputes

If an Organizer refuses a refund clearly owed, report it to support@getsetxplore.com. We will investigate and may ban violating Organizers, but cannot guarantee fund recovery.

4. Payment Failures

Technical failures where money is deducted but booking not confirmed are usually auto-refunded within 48-72 hours. Contact us if not received.
