Places to See

Discover the route from Jawahar Chowk (Rajapur) to Dhootpapeshwar Temple! Cross an old bridge over the Arjuna river, dating back to the Shivaji era. Follow the river, ascending to find remnants of a historical warehouse, including stone ruins and a one-story building. A path leads to a river view of the bastion. Continuing past the warehouse site reveals a well and a second bastion. Note: The warehouse is largely in ruins as the area is now Police residences. Don't miss the ancient Dhootpapeshwar temple nearby (daytime visit recommended).
