About Atali Ganga

Every activity is supervised by certified instructors using world-class safety equipment. The resort is unique because it integrates these activities into the daily stay rather than treating them as optional excursions. For example, the "Altitude" Ropes Course is one of the most technical courses in the region, built directly into the hillside. The Paddling School is particularly noted for taking guests from flat-water basics to navigating moving water in a single stay. Because the property is located at Milestone 30, it provides access to a quieter, less crowded stretch of the Ganga compared to the busier rafting hubs closer to Rishikesh city. Activity Difficulty Levels: Easy: Forest hikes, yoga, and flat-water kayaking. Moderate: Mountain biking, high ropes course, and Grade II rafting. Challenging: Grade III+ rafting and technical wall climbing. Notes for Bookings: Equipment: All specialized gear (helmets, life jackets, dry bags, mountain bikes) is provided by the property. Safety: The ratio of instructors to guests is maintained at a high level to ensure personalized attention during river runs and climbing sessions. Age Limits: Specific age and height requirements apply to the high ropes course and white-water rafting (typically 12+ years for major rapids).
