About Danda Fort
Danda Fort: Located near the famous Kelve Beach (Western Suburbs) and Danda Creek. Built by the Portuguese to guard the creek. Access: 9km from Kelve Station, 1km from Kelve Village.

Discover the few fort remnants scattered throughout the village! How to find them: Cross Danda creek. Remnants are on the left side upon reaching the village. Look for the entrance and vestibule. A square-shaped well is nearby. Note: Unfortunately, this area is not maintained, with a common toilet built nearby. Don't miss the Danda-Futka (broken) bastion, built to protect the fort. Its remnants are near the bridge.

How to Reach
Reach the main cross road in Kelve village (8 km from Kelve Western Railway station). Take the road to Danda village via Danda creek. The Customs Fort and Bhavangad are nearby.
