About Gokarna Beach Trek (Paradise to Kudle Route)
A unique coastal trek that trades high-altitude mountains for the roaring Arabian Sea. The trail involves hopping across five pristine beaches separated by forested hillocks. It provides an entirely different flavor of adventure for the platform, mixing trekking with tropical backpacking. This coastal town also serves as a phenomenal pitstop when driving down the western coast from Goa towards Bangalore and Mysore, offering a great excuse to park the car and stretch out on a world-class beach trail.
Best time to visit

History & Significance
Gokarna was originally famous as an ancient Hindu pilgrimage center, home to the revered Mahabaleshwar Temple housing the 'Atmalinga'. In the late 20th century, it evolved into a massive backpacker and hippie haven, offering a quieter, more rustic alternative to the commercialized beaches of Goa.
Places to See
Kudle Beach, Om Beach, Half Moon Beach, Paradise Beach, the hidden Shiva Cave (near Kudle), and the historic Mahabaleshwar Temple in the main town.
